We want you to be completely happy with your Nuscents Eau de Parfum. If something is not right, we accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• We understand that customers may want to test their fragrance before deciding whether to keep it. You are welcome to spray the perfume once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside our 30-day return window.
  

• If your Eau de Parfum was purchased as part of a bundle offer, the full bundle must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you only wish to return part of a bundle, we may be able to offer an exchange instead.

• Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. A scent not quite meeting your expectation would not be deemed as a fault, though we do not quibble refunds.

• Returned perfumes must be sent back in a resaleable condition, including the bottle, cap and any outer packaging where supplied. We cannot process refunds for items that are damaged, heavily used, missing parts or returned without reasonable care.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been excessively used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.
