Returns & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at Nuscents.

As our products are entirely hand produced, there will be minor variations between batches and each individual item.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN POSTAGE

If your return is a change of mind, for instance if you have picked scents and aren't keen on them, you are responsible for return postage costs. If the items are defective (wax bars broken in transit does not class as defective), for instance no scent on our inspection, we will refund the return postage cost. Please consider that in few cases, there are some scents which a minority of people are less susceptible to.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

NON-APPLICATION OF DISCOUNT CODE

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please take note of our policy regarding the use of discount codes; 

1. Code entry: Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. Our system is designed to immediately apply your savings, and we cannot retroactively apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed. We also do not retroactively apply discount codes to orders placed prior to a discount code being made active.

2. One-Time Courtesy: We understand that mistakes happen. If you forget to apply a discount code, please contact our customer service team within 6 hours of your purchase using the 'Contact Us' page on our website. As a one-time courtesy, we may apply the discount to your order and refund the difference.

3. Future Purchases: To respect the fairness and limits of our promotions as well as reduce administration work, this courtesy can only be extended once per customer. Future discounts will need to be entered at the time of purchase to be valid.

4. Visibility of Codes: We strive to make our discount codes clearly visible throughout the shopping journey. If you have a code, please look out for the discount code field during checkout.

5. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with applying a discount code, please reach out to us before completing your purchase. We're here to help ensure you receive your well-deserved savings. Discount codes are case sensitive and may or may not contain spaces, please enter them as seen.
