Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Nuscents.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and suitable for resale. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and will reimburse reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed.

If you experience a genuine technical issue when applying a discount code, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation. Any goodwill adjustments remain entirely at our discretion.
