Delivery Charges
Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery starts from £2.95 depending on service and destination. Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is free on orders over £40.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Dispatch Times
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During particularly busy periods this may occasionally take longer.
Delivery Services
Orders are sent using fully tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail Tracked and DPD.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Orders may be upgraded to an alternative tracked courier service where appropriate based on order size, weight or destination.
Whilst we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur which are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow sufficient time for tracking updates to become available.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@nuscents.co.uk and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
Where a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may ask you to check with household members, neighbours and any safe places before opening an investigation.
Each case will be reviewed individually and we will work with both the customer and delivery provider to reach a fair resolution.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or non-collection, we may deduct any postage costs already incurred before issuing a refund.
If you would like the order re-sent, additional delivery charges may apply.
