Owing to our manufacturing processes and the intrinsic and stringent legislation we adhere to, the quality of each product batch is identical to the last. Batch codes can be found on product packaging.

From time to time, an item may arrive undamaged with slight residue, but with no loss of volume. As standard, we fill our products between 5% and 10% greater than the volume sold.

What type of fragrance are your products?
At Nuscents, all of our perfumes are Eau de Parfum (EDP), known for their rich, long-lasting scent due to their high concentration of fragrance oil.

Are your products vegan-friendly and cruelty-free?
Yes! At Nuscents, we prioritise ethical practices. All our fragrance oils are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Is it safe to spray perfumes on clothes?
While our perfumes are safe for general use, they have a higher oil content to enhance longevity. As with all EDPs, always patch test on fabric if unsure.

How should I store my fragrances?
Keep your Nuscents perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations.

How long does your perfume last?
Generally 6–8 hours, depending on body chemistry and application. Apply to pulse points for best results.

What’s the difference between EDP and other types?
EDP has a 15–20% fragrance concentration, compared to EDT (5–15%) and Cologne (2–4%) — meaning stronger, longer-lasting scent.

Are Nuscents perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
While crafted to high standards, we recommend patch testing for sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Why does the scent change over time?
Fragrance evolves during wear — this is called “dry down” and is influenced by body chemistry and environment.

Do your perfumes contain allergens?
Some formulas may contain common fragrance allergens. Please check individual listings if you have specific concerns.

Can I travel with Nuscents perfumes?
Yes — just make sure bottles are sealed tight and follow airline liquid rules when flying.
